1-on-1 Olympic Lifting 6-week Course

1-on-1 6 week Course:

Meet 2x per week
90-minute sessions

Includes specialized Olympic weightlifting training and Athlete specific programming. This programming is meant to be progressive in nature and will develop the athlete’s lifts. You will work on weakness and improving technical parts of the lifts.

Part of the course will also include building a substantial strength foundation.
